Our online checkout is designed to provide customers with straightforward payment options and clear order information before a purchase is submitted. The payment methods currently available for your order will be displayed during checkout.

Unless otherwise indicated at checkout, prices on our store are presented in United States Dollars (USD).

Paying with PayPal

Where PayPal is available as a payment option, select PayPal during checkout to continue through the PayPal payment process.

Depending on your location, account status and the options made available by PayPal, you may be able to complete payment by:

  • Signing in to an existing PayPal account; or

  • Using an eligible debit or credit card through an available PayPal checkout option.

You do not necessarily need to create a PayPal account if PayPal provides a guest or card-payment option for your transaction.

If a card is declined, Elnpvieh™ may not receive information explaining the specific reason. In that situation, your bank, card issuer or payment provider may be able to provide additional assistance.

How Payment Information Is Handled

Payment details submitted during checkout are processed through the payment services and gateways made available through our online store.

Elnpvieh™ does not require customers to send full payment-card information to our customer care email.

For your privacy and security, please do not email us your full credit or debit card number, card security code, online banking password or other sensitive payment credentials.

If we need information to locate an order, we may instead ask for non-sensitive details such as your order number or the email address associated with the purchase.

Payment Confirmation

A successful payment submission does not always mean that an order has immediately completed every stage of processing.

Depending on the payment method, a transaction may first require authorization or review by the relevant payment provider. Once an order has been successfully placed, the order information provided during checkout will be used for the applicable confirmation process.

If you believe you submitted a payment but did not receive the expected order information, contact our customer care team so we can review the available order details.

Currency & Possible Bank Charges

Our store uses USD for transactions unless another currency is specifically displayed during your checkout experience.

If your card or payment account uses another currency, your bank or payment provider may perform a currency conversion. Exchange rates, foreign transaction fees or other financial-service charges, where applicable, are determined by the relevant financial institution or payment provider and are separate from Elnpvieh™ product pricing.
